An update from our practice on COVID-19
We are excited to announce that we will be allowing ONE masked pet parent to accompany their pet into the building for their appointment.
We are asking that when you arrive in our parking lot with your pet, you text to the phone number posted on the building, to alert our staff of your arrival. You will be checked in by one of our Client Service Representatives over the phone, and when we are ready to see your pet, one of our staff will call you to get a history and if you choose, you may accompany your pet into the building to be present for their exam.
If you are picking up medication or food for your pet, the same protocol will be in place. We ask that you call or text us from your vehicle. One of our staff will assist you. Alternatively, we can also assist you with placing an order through our on-line pharmacy to have products delivered directly to your home. We thank you for continuing to purchase food and medication from us directly. By purchasing locally, you are keeping Morrisville Veterinary Hospital here for your pets. We can take payment over the phone and bring your purchase to your car. Our staff is trained to keep their distance and help you.
This protocol will be in place until further notice, but we will update you as soon as the decision is made to run business as usual. Once again, we apologize in advance for any inconveniences, and hope you understand our desire to keep everyone healthy and to keep the hospital open to serve your pets in their times of need. If you require food and/or prescription refills, please use our online request form. We will contact you once your order is ready, and make payment arrangements and to bring the food out to your vehicle.
